In September 2008, DFR Kwakudi was appointed by the LDM Consortium and Coega Development Corporation to conduct an Engineering Survey at Sea Vista School. The objective was to assess the current electrical installation and provide professional consulting services to ensure the system's safety, efficiency, and readiness for future expansion.

The key tasks for the project included:
New Electrical Lighting and Power Layout Installation: DFR Engineers were responsible for designing and installing a modern electrical lighting and power distribution system to improve functionality and meet current standards.
Inspection of System Load Capacity: We assessed the existing electrical system to determine its ability to handle potential future load increases, ensuring it would support any future extensions or expansions at the school.
Consultation with School Stakeholders: Our team attended a compulsory briefing meeting with Sea Vista School’s leadership to understand their specific needs and requirements. This allowed us to provide customized solutions that aligned with the school’s growth plans.
